Deborah L. Cooper, MS, PMP - Founder and CEO

Deborah L. Cooper, MS, PMP, is the founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director of Cooper, Cooper & Associates, Inc. As a Consultant and Performance Improvement Specialist, Ms. Cooper has provided consultation and trained over 9,000 students, including executives, managers, project managers, team leaders, and supervisors. Her client base includes numerous Fortune 500 companies, Federal Government agencies and community groups. Deborah has over 30 years of experience in the areas of Program and Project Management, Leadership Development and Government Contracting and Acquisitions. Ms. Cooper was employed at the Internal Revenue Service for over 17 years and held various management level positions. She served as Section Chief for Resource Management Division where she managed various Contracting and Acquisition professionals. Ms. Cooper has a Master of Science Degree in Business Management from the St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the Florida State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). Ms. Cooper's enthusiasm and dynamic communication style provides a stimulating learning environment with practical applications. She excels at strategically combining her years of work experience with her outstanding facilitation skill, to obtain measurable and meaningful results.

Eddie H. Cooper, MS, JD - Executive Director

Eddie H. Cooper is the Executive Director of Cooper Cooper & Associates, Inc. Mr. Cooper has a diverse background with over 28 years of combined experience in the legal profession and the business private sector. Mr. Cooper is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the District of Columbia Bar Association. Mr. Cooper has been highly successful during his professional career achieving outstanding results in legal positions, executive level management positions, rates and regulatory assignments, project management and team lead assignments, and in the management of sales, service and collection business office operations. Mr. Cooper was employed at BellSouth Telecommunications for 16 years and held various executive level positions. He served as a company expert witness in numerous legal and regulatory proceedings and testified before State Public Service Commissions throughout the southern region. Mr. Cooper was also an independent consultant for the AT&T Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department where he was responsible for ensuring AT&T's compliance with Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and Public Service Commissions' rules and regulations. Mr. Cooper has been a partner in a law firm and has owned his private practice.

Mr. Cooper received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Georgia State University College of Law. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Florida State University where he received a Master of Science degree with an emphasis in Organizational Communications. Mr. Cooper is a graduate of the Management Development Program at Emory University. He completed mediation training and certification at the Resolution Resource Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Cooper completed Arbitration Training at Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service, Inc. and attended the International Commercial Arbitration and Civil Litigation Program at Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria.
